Before blaming the projector or server, take into consideration that the issue is content based. If the cue didn’t trigger, check the playlist to see if it is listed correctly. This can be fixed in-house by adjusting the cue, deleting and re-ingesting the content, or by deleting/recreating the playlist.

Lonnie Larson joined our team in November 2010 as Quality Assurance Manager. In an effort to continually stay ahead of the increasing service and support needs of digital cinema, Lonnie is responsible for making sure that our customer service is exceeding expectations.
Lonnie’s favorite thing about the theatre industry is that “there are a lot of exciting changes going on…it is always interesting.” When not at Sonic, Lonnie enjoys golf and snow skiing. |
